*Provide primary legal support for the company’s marketing team, which includes drafting, negotiating and advising on agreements related to oil and gas gathering, compression, processing, transportation, storage, sales and NAESBs. *Provide legal support for the company’s other upstream activities, which includes drafting, negotiating and advising on agreements related to the purchase and sale of oil and gas assets, joint operations, leases and assignments, as well as advising on due diligence and integration activities for acquisitions and divestitures.
